The Fall Prospect Showcase Terms and Conditions
GUARANTEE:
We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Sellers can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.
BIDDING:
Placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller, and the bid cannot be retracted. Once a Bidder places a bid, and the bid is the high/winning bid, the Bidder will be obligated to buy the lot at the said price indicated .bidding will be conducted in $5.00 increments. If two bidders are actively bidding on the same lot at the close of the auction at 3:30 p.m. bidding will be closed to everyone but those still actively involved in bidding on the applicable lot. They will have the opportunity to continue bidding.
DELIVERY:
Free delivery on all lots in the Fraser Valley and we will assist with meeting trucks for delivery to other points. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made.
HEIFER REGISTRATION PAPERS:
will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense, and a registration certificate will be mailed to the buyer at a later date. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers.
ANOUNCEMENTS:
Announcements made sale day from the auction block will take precedence over statements in the sale website or advertising. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our specifications prior to sale time.
INSURANCE:
At the close of bidding each lot becomes the responsibility of the purchaser we recommend purchasing insurance on the animal.
